★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible is an understatement .... This salon doesn't even deserve a single star !!
No wonder there were ZERO CUSTOMERS when I walked into that salon. It was my mistake that even after seeing no customers at the peak business hour i went there for hair cut.. (there are couple of more salons on the ground floor which were bursting with customers)
I went there only for the brand name "JAWED HABIB"...now the damage done to me is irreparable...
My suggestion to who ever is reading please please DO NOT GO TO JAWED HABIB SALON AT BOULEVARD MALL, THANE WEST !!
After my feedback (as referred above) a lady from the salon called me to apologise expressing her deep concern on the bad service they had given me the previous day. She was insisting me to visit again so that she can do something to my already damaged hair. Since she was insisting me hard I asked her to call me back after sometime since I was out in the traffic and was unable to pay attention to what she was suggesting me as a beauty expert. We disconnected the call with an agreement that she would call me back.
And since then it's been more than a week now I'm waiting to hear from her. Not sure if this is the way Jawed Habib Salon closes their customer complaints.

Guys pls visit this place on your own risk. This is 3rd time I did smoothening but it didn't last for a month. Also when
I went for global colouring.... Seriously it was a heart break....pathatic job done. Pls close this shop.
