★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hand Sanitisation and temperature check was taken care at the entrance itself. They even use disposable razors for shaving which I appreciated a lot.
As for service, the stylist Adil very easily understood what exactly I wanted and delivered.
Overall a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for hair highlights on Tuesday 22nd June I was asking some suggestions for highlights but hairstylist was giving me suggestions as per his selfish and less time consuming process finally I told him which colour to use and he was giving his unprofessional opinion and he used very wrong process to color my hairs and I told him colour I'd not clearly visible but he was not listening to me. I again visited studio to express my disappointment but none of use.I will recommend others not to go for such place where they do not value our customers after spending so much money on services. If Working Professionals are trained and groomed then only shop will run otherwise It's ruining name of franchise.Please change staff, untrained and unprofessional.
