★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Staff does not know how to behave with customers. Me and my sister went there for haircut, they said us go to orange salon that is also our salon. So we went there .there were only one lady and no customers and we didn't saw any name of javed habib's over there. So we asked the lady is it javed habib's professional salon then she behaved very aggressive with us and told us go to javed habib only. And after that javed habib's staff said that u said bad to that lady we will not do ur haircut. This is not the way u should behave with ur client. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon experience in my life. A garbage dump in terms of quality and somewhat ambience as well.
Environment: It looks like a dump. Far worse and dirty than your average roadside hair cutting salon. And they have the guts to charge double of a neighborhood salon. Rs 80 for a shave and 150 for haircut.
Staff: Worst staff in a barbershop ever. Poorest quality. Gave me cuts in seven places and had guts to defend himself, saying these cuts are normal. The whole staff supported the poor service and didn't even apologize.
Cost: Extremely costly. Much better service provided by neighborhood barbershop at a fraction of price and with better ambience.
Conclusion: If you want to make Mr Javed Habib richer, do go to his salons. He is just exploiting the public by crudely opening stores and franchises with zero quality checks, training and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic service, 1st they say particular haircut possible, after haircut they are saying no it will be like this only, they mentioned Rs.99/- for haircut but in actual they took Rs.150/-, staff is arrogant specially hair dresser mr. Vikas. When asked for contact no. Of their owners they refused to give. I think they cheat to their owner also. I would never recommend this saloon to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't look like it's actually a Jawed Habib salon. The hairdressers are not up to the mark and many of the times , they redirect you to another private salon in the same locality which I think is owned by those hairdressers only but not Jawed habib. It's like cheating their owner. The Jawed Habib management should look into this.
Haircut quality is below average. No hygiene is maintained. Hair is always lying around. Seems a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The saloon is not well equipped nor are the facilities available here matching to the name or what the brand provides. Also the staff is inexperienced and very ignorant about the exact needs of the customer. Feels a lot money centric as well as compared to customer centric. Also not value for money. One ends up getting a wrong hair do or an unwilling make up. Also online payment or card payment not accepted or does not work. Very tardy work ethics and not so good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very first experience here was not great . They have shifted me to orange saloon 2 shops left to this JH store giving reason hair wash is not available here . This salon is overall ok but my experience was not nice with them. Staff is not come on time. I reached here on 11.30 this store opened on 10 . Still there are only one hairstyle expert was present and i waited here for 15 minutes.
