★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place for hair cutting with reasonably priced. Although they have all new hair dressers but still you can take proper hair cut in any type of different designer styles at very reasonable rate.
All hair stylists greet you in proper manner.
Still you have option to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azeem has done my global hair color.I have done honey blonde and he knows his job vert well.A comfortable place to be at the time of Covid 19 where all the precautionary measurements have been taken at the salon.Bunch of best wishes to the owner Ms Joyce.Will keep visiting you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is very unprofessional and since they know they will get business..they are not ready to listen to customer except suggesting very expensive products/treatments...this is the first time I have seen that the machine takes more than 7, after putting on customer head, minutes to warm up.. they give more time to machine warm up, talking to each other than to customer.. on the name of spa they do wash and dry only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are several issues in this salon.
1. Package
They make you buy an attractive package, which in long term you find not useful and it would be costly.
2. Handling Rush
They really don’t know how to handle 5-6 customers together. I don’t know how one customer need two hair dressers at a same time when more customers are waiting.
3. Basic customer needs
They don’t have any house boy who can fulfil your request if you’re thirsty. One hair dresser cum house boy does all this duty. And if he is your hair dresser you are gonna spend a lot of time.
There are some more issues like management, staff shortage, availability time etc etc
They really need to improve their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks more like a barber shop now.... interiors need a reworking...seats with hair color marks all over...kind of okay ambience.....seems less visited...there was only 1 more customer besides us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don't like to go here anymore, the main problem is that barber doesn't give you any time. They just cut the hair like they have to run marathon. In just 2-3 mins they'll finish the cutting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Uchi Dukkan feeke Pakwan" this perfectly fits for them. They are just using the Brand name and services are zero standard. They try best to fool customers and they dont even know how to talk with customers. All they care is about the money and their high value and useless Packages.
