★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended !! Took the combo offer of Hair cut & Hair Spa for 1500. The hair spa was done in less than 20 mins, thats the fastest hair spa i have done in my life.Dont go on the brand name, services are not up to the mark! You will find better services with the same price or even cheaper rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here (Javed Habib, Old Panvel) with my sister for getting our hair trimmed along with a hair wash. No fancy haircuts, no extra services, nothing and we were charged a whopping 1.8k for it! Javed Habib has been one of the few salon chains which is extremely reasonable. We didn't want to argue with the lady in-charge there because it was also wrong on our part to not ask for the charges earlier since we were assuming it to be more or less around 500 bucks including the hair wash. This lady was so unprofessional on her side, she didn't even bother explaining us the services, what was inclusive and their charges (which normally others do, especially for customers who visit for the first time) and while leaving, she first said the total amount to be paid was Rs. 1.5k and then she took a pause and said she forgot that blow-drying costs extra and the final amount will be 1.8k! Since when did Salons start charging extra for BLOW-DRYING after a haircut? Blow-drying is inclusive and is generally done after every haircut. Before leaving, she even kind of FORCED US to leave a review on their page.
She literally asked me to open the rating/review section and keep my phone on the table and monitored if i was leaving a review or not. She seemed very unprofessional and we decided to pay anyway and just leave. A big thumbs-down from my side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me my husband got the hairspa it was the fastest hairspa I ever done n haircut was a distaster,while he did d tan clean of rupees 1300 but not satisfied withatall.n I think I really can not recommend don't go for brand name.they behave like MR for extra selling products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a manicure and the woman doing it broke two of my nails. Didn't know how to file or shape a nail. And she couldn't do my manicure because she broke my nails and three of my fingers started to bleed. But she didn't even apologize once and took the full amount from me without doing the manicure. Very bad service. I could have given minus 1 star if I could. Going there is a mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did keratin with smoothing and the result has come out to be fantastic. The female staff who did my service is also very experienced. She did my bridal facial, waxing and pedicure which she did it very good. She gave me very nice glow for my wedding. Even, my husband took facial, pedicure, hair spa from her. She has very good pressure points and did a very nice hair wash. I definitely suggest you to take services from her. Manager is also very caring.
