★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best shop to buy fresh fish in PCMC area. Rates are on bit higher side compared to other nearby fish shops but quality of fish is the best in town. Usually all standard fishes available. Surmai (seer fish/ iswan), Bangda (mackrel), paplet (pomfret), kolambi (prawns/shrimp/sungte) in 2 or 3 sizes and bombil (bombay duck), halwa (saranga / black pomfret) available almost everyday.
Saundale, mori (baby shark), ravas (indian salmon), karli, shevand (lobster), shimple (tisrya / shells), khekde (crabs) available sometimes. He doesnt bring these fishes regularly and in large quantities as other fishes. So best time to visit is 8 - 8.45 in the morning. Staff is friendly. They clean and cut fish as per your instructions. Card, UPI payment is also accepted.
