I placed order on 24 Oct 2020 still they not dispatched it, even so called owner replied my review from another email still the order has not been dispatched, nor I get any reply on email

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sir i have ordered some prdoucts from ayurved mart with Order Reference WQCJKNIJZ - placed on 12/14/2017. still order status is showing in progress. i have paid the bill through online banking mode and now no one is responding to my call. how will i get my order deatis.. my bill is of rs. 5659 and i hope i could get my order soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patience is required for consumers. It's right they don't pick up phone but either phone number is too old or they are too busy. Please call at closing time or at afternoon.
It's CORONA time so you can not expect normalcy every where. I say out of my experience from bad to very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borderline fraudulent or extremely incompetent. Placed an online order and there has been no update at all since. They don't respond over email or call.
Guess they don't even have the items that are
displayed on the website. If the items are in stock, then probably they might ship it. If not, they don't bother providing any sort of update.
I am within Mumbai and it is ridiculous that you can't get the medicines in a respectable time frame, especially as they charge 45 bucks for it.
I have to now raise a fraudulent transaction dispute with the bank and also report the merchant to the consumer helpline as such vendors shouldn't be allowed to operate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After lot of trying in Patanjali Retail Stores for specific medicine I thought of trying online. I found the particular medicine at Jay Jalaram Ayurved Bhandar so ordered it without a second thought. After that I spoke to the store owner Mr.Jenil Parmar and explained him the urgency of the medicine. Within 15 hours I received the medicine. I want to thank the entire team & Mr.Parmar in particular.
