★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopkeeper asked me to pay 500 rupees for just opening my laptop. The owner is greedy and just looking for ways to fool customers. He just opened and blowdried my laptop and asked for such huge amount. I won't recomment this shop at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a SSD and got it installed from Jay Kay Computers on 26th January 2022. They moved the primary harddisk to CD drive. They confirmed no need to take back up of data as they will moving the whole harddisk.
Since then hard disc stopped working, 10 years data lost.
Jay Kay Computers doesn't want to take any responsibility. They just provided me the phone number of data recovery company in nehru place. That's it, their role is done.
