★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so ill mannered.. ac is kept off most of the time .pathetic services. Water bottles never provided .. and the behaviour of staff is hell as they are providing d services for free..drunk driver... Hell hell hell for lady passengers.

Driver and booking agent in mathura was rude to all even though bought 8 tickets together and expect lugguage
