★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person and owner have poor knowledge about their product. During purchase of mat for dining table informed that washable product. When ask for replacement for damaged mat, advise that the mat shall be washed with shower. I knew first time that the shower also used for wash of dining mat.
Lastly kept the damaged mat at their door step on 26th January.
