★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my Thailand tour package through ARV holidays..
Experience was not so good as they have changed my hotel bookings 3-4 days before departure. Initially they have confirmed some other hotel and changed at the time of providing vouchers. They compensated this with some private transfers but not enough...Dinner voucher provided in Bangkok, but their staff was very rude and behaved very badly...
Rest is OK.
