Kids are not allowed to play.
Changing security very often.
Not friendly association.
Only benefit is location.. with no amenities Maintenance is very High and Water charge are extra. there are much better flats near by locations.most of tenants already moved out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Association, so against kids, kids are not allowed to play or move around. Nowadays there is bad noise pollution as some of the re-sale apartments are renovated, making residents life hell. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
