★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jayanagar Jaguars long distance training is the best in Bangalore under the apt guidance of coach Pramod Deshpande for the working class who wants to start targeting for ultra/marathon/half marathon/10k. The training plan is customized for an individual. You will be grouped together with other people of similar current performance. Each group is assigned a captain as well as the is a team of location leads. The usual training starts around 4:30am and finishes by 7am. Weekend will usually be the long distance mileage.
