★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star less for sure, for the inefficiently managing this place by BBMP. Though located in the heart of Jayanagar Shopping area, one can see vacant and filthy shop/ office places in this complex. The parking on the top floor again is not maintained well- there will be no attendants after 9pm!
Overall not a happy feeling seeing such a good place built and wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a good bus teminal with good connectivity. It also has a seperate seating area for airport (Vayu vajra) passengers. but due to COVID the number of busses have reduced. So, be careful and enquire regarding the timing of buses. or you could be late for your flight.
