★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial for the first few Semesters I was impressed by this store and was a regular customer because while other stores where giving only 50% this store was giving 75%.. Unlike others i didn't even face any issues while getting the money back.. And the store employees have also been helpful.
But now I've realised that the reason this store gives book at high return rate is because these quality of book is bad..
Recently, I purchased 3 books of each subject for me and my friends from here.. Each and every subject book was from different publication but the quality of all book was bad(pages missing, weak binding, pages in wrong order)..
All my friends who got book from here had books with similar issues while the friends who got book from other places had no such issue...its as if this store gets the defective lot of books..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store doesn't accept books in return which is bought from them and delays the return.after return they just deduct and give 25% refund where they have stamped 60-75% refund of new book where they say that this is due to Covid -19 and say that since studies are taken online so we wont give more money in refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and Greedy people. While buying BCom books, the person handed me the set and quoted a specific price. I asked whether it was the correct price? I also asked him to calculate and then quote. But he told he knows what he is selling and did not calculate. So before paying, I added and calculated amount of each book & the amount that I calculated was approx Rs.150 less than what he quoted. Then he cunningly smiles and tell that it was by mistake he quoted higher price.
What a Thief you are!
Don't buy books from here! There are other book stores near by the location which are much trusted and run by good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bookstore is continuously delaying to take back books on hire. During buying books, they state that they will buyback at 75% of the price paid by us. Now, they are telling that they will only give 25% of the cost paid intially. Big fraudsters, don't buy from here. And money is usually returned after 1 or 3 months during this ongoing pandemic.
