★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered my car without high security sticker.I called them multiple times but they are lying Evey time. Every time new executive pics the call and are unaware about previous issues. I feel they don't bother about the customer service once they deliver the car.
Very poor customer service after delivery.
Highly unprofessional attitude shown towards my concern. Showroom is full of staff but no one works for customer problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good working environment. Sales staff is polite , civilized, knowledgeable and friendly but some of the seniors, and HR are sycophancy. It is a partnership organization. One of them is behave like uncivilized and run mathura road branch like a Dukaan. Strongly deny to join this organization.

At my request they even arranged a car for demo inspite of knowing I may be booking from another dealer due to proximity. Abhishek was very professional and courteous, patiently explained each and everything in detail
. Most sales persons are in a rush to finish the job and move on. If this is the king of customer service Kia is going to provide, the confidence in brand will only go up.
