★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi My name is Mahesh Nerurkar. I had invested in Dahisar project in 2013. I was told that I am supposed to pay minimum of 40% at the time of booking. Now its been 4 years no work has been started on the site. When you call them they dont pick your calls& hen you go to their office thay say that you should come with a prior appointment. Thay will give u date but on that date no one will be available.Again when you cakl them on theur cells thay will not pick your calls, I think this is also a big scam to launder money, They know that nothing can be done against them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please guys any one who is interested or planning to buy the flat please away from Jaycee groups. very well trained staff to cheat Hard earned people. i have booked the flat in 2012 Bhagtani Riyo phase 1 situated in kashimira , Thane . still work has not started and as promised builder is not ready to return the amount to buyer. please guys be aware with jaycee and their project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and Commitment ethics (Project delayed for 3 years & refund only after 2 years from the day I opt in).
I invested in the Savannah project in Kanjurmarg to have a house in Mumbai Suburbs, the project was delayed with different reasons now they are asking me to shift to Kandivali Project or get my invested money after 2 years from the date I opt in.
I would definitely recommend to be very cautious before making any investment in this group

The project is yet to start and there are already cases going against this builder in high court for 5-6 projects across Mumbai for which home buyers have been duped. For your own benefit don't invest with this company

I too invested in Bhaktani Rio 4 years back. like me there were more than hundred of home buyer. Even after 4 years project did not start and they are not willing to return booking amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a big time fraud. We booked a flat in Sapphire, Dahisar and paid more than 80% upfront. Now they are asking for thrice the amount to give us a random property somewhere outside Mumbai as their said property is under litigation.
