★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put effort to let customers taste and select from amongst a good variety of assorted and basic but well made sweets. The first time I went here I took 250 gms of Swiss chocolate barfi and I was immediately hooked.
BUT I visited their store today and I was THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED when I asked the staff to pack my order from a fresher tray, they had two trays and he was packing my order from a tray that was kept on top, I tasted a piece and it felt old and soggy. I requested him to please pack my order from the tray kept below since it was well refrigerated and also looked fresh.
He said and I quote, "AAPKO LENA HAI TOH UPAR WAALE SE LO, NAHI TOH REHNE DO"...
honestly I had initially asked him for 100-150 gms and I was about to tell him to pack half a Kg but I immediately changed my mind upon hearing this....
Well it's been good going here...but not anymore I guess...
PS: Agr kaam chal jaye toh customer satisfaction jaye bhaad mein...sahi hai...
