I appreciate the teaching ability and it is from online session is top most. I like the way of teaching and never feel that it is going through online. Each and every aspect taken care by Jaymit sir. I am very happy to join this kind of workshop and in future will definitely join the other workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a fantastic experience learning yoga from Jaymit sir. He is a great teacher who lets you work with your capabilities and slowly helps you expand on it. He focus on the importance of doing the asanas in the right way and not just doing it mechanically.
Recently i attended HAND STAND workshop, Its amazing class, He teach us beginner level to Advance level. First he focus on Arm strength and Core strength and Shoulder Strength then after only he started the Hand Stand Training, his explanation and demonstration r very nice and clear , Daily he clear all the doubts,
I highly recommend JaymitMehta Yoga . Tq

Mr. Jaymit is a patient, intervening and vastly knowledge person. I can’t thank him enough for all the help that he give me, with he’s help, drills and techniques I was able to take my practice a next level. Looking forward to join all his upcoming workshops and will definitely recommend him as a best yoga instructor.
