Highly unprofessional and unresponsive attitude…I am surprised how come company like Sony has appointed them as their authorized service partner….Jaypee electronics is nothing but a local electronics repair shop with a 3rd class customer handling system. Wish I could give a zero star to them….!!

Useless Sony Service Center. The Company should look into its operations. Everytime they have just one thing to say... "Problem in Mother Board, it needs to be changed" and ask for exorbitant amount to change it. I took my 3D LED TV it's HDMI ports were not working. They kept the TV for 1 week and after pushing, asked me deposit Rs.45,000 so that it's mother board could be changed. I asked to give me a details of the problem, which they didn't gave just said it's mother board is faulty. Just imagine, I bought the TV for Rs 68,000 8 years back now they are charging Rs 45,000 to change the mother board. They even gave me a option to sell and buy new Sony TV and they will give me a exchange discount of Rs. 6,500. I decided to take my TV back without repair. I threw away Rs 2000 to them without repair and took back my TV. After that I took it to electronics repair shop at Indira Market, NOIDA. They looked at the problem carefully and repaired it within 30 minutes and charged just Rs.2,500. It's been 3 years now, it's working flawlessly, without any problem. PLEASE: I will suggest to kindly check for local market once for getting repaired the motherboard once, before getting it changed from this useless service center.

The staff will lie to you about your warranty to try and lower their return numbers. They will lie to your face that your one year warranty is actually only 6 month. Easier to get replacement through consumer court than here. Shameful.

Thanks to Jaypee electronics - SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE staff and engineers for their support - very polite and back to back share the feedback and updated me in regards to my DSLR as there were some technical issues with my cam where my lcd was broken and repairing was required ... they assisted me very well and I was receiving an update from the staff and the backend support advisers about it on call . Their service is outstanding and submitted my cam for a week and when received i felt it brand new .. good work done people - it was like having a new camera again with all polished , clean and soft. Never ever visit or handover your TV to this service center even if they pay you for the same else you will not get the same what they took, you know what I mean. Bunch of cheaters are collaborating here with the common Aim of money making by all means to the max irrespective of anything what so ever come across. Dec 2021 my Sony 49 LED showing partial pic, on complaint engineer visited and suggested inverter card change for rs. 3000 (1000 adv + 2000 on fixing). With replaced card it worked for 3 months approx and last week of March 2022 whole screen was not coming just Sony logo and 4 buffering circles at the time of booting and than blank screen with 6 RED lights. Again complaint made, same engineer visited but he suggested issue with either back light or panel or something else but not inverter. He took the TV to lab and share quotation of rs. 30000 for penal replacement or rs. 6000 for panel repair. Seeing exhorbident price, thought of second opinion which flashes my eyes when came to know it's still same inverter card faulty for which rs. 3000 already paid.. life of new replaced was for 3 months only.. Now neither they are replacing correct card for which they have charged rs. 3000 not refunding it... Mr. Sushil, Mr. Nishant are Service Manager... Mr Jitender is owner... Even Sony customer care and Sony Escalation team has been approached multiple times in last 2 weeks but so far no action... No engineer visit, no response over mail... Will be taking this to consumers court, media, press, MP, MLA, related ministry soon...

Will never buy Sony tv in my life. Very poor after sales service. Tv was not working, made a complaint on saturday, call center said will attend in 48 hours. Engineer came on Tuesday and said need to pick up tv to their work shop for repair and then they will inform the cost estimate. He said next day their vehicle will come to pick up tv for repair. Nobody came the full day. I called them many times then they came to pick up on thursday. Friday i called the service center and got reply that they did not have time to check the tv. Today saturday still waiting for their reply. Lost 1 week and result is zero.

Please avoid taking your TV to this centre if it is out of warranty . A bunch of unprofessional people seem to be running the show who have absolutely no clue of how to solve the problem or deal with customers . They have no empathy towards customers and above all will never accept their mistake if they are wrong . There was some red light blinking problem with my TV in 1st week of Dec and the engineer told that LED needs to be replaced which will cost Rs 3000 which will be ordered only if I pay Rs 1000 advance and it will take 3-4 days when the component will come and will be fixed . To my utter surprise and dismay it took 3 weeks for the component to come and then the engineer fixed it and took the old component away , which ideally he should have left at my place . The problem persisted and then when I approached them again , they asked me to leave the TV under observation and handed over the TV same day stating that there was some software problem which has been rectified . The problem occurred again but TV was operational for 10 -12 days and same problem re appeared . Now after leaving the TV for 3 days they tell me that we have to replace the MB . I could realise after probing that it was try and hit approach. Besides , components are never available. Do not get trapped at all .

They are most unprofessional . Our Sony music system was picked up by them on 22Apr for repair under warranty. Till date there has been no feedback from them accept one call two or three days after pickup stating its problem. They do not respond to calls and till date we haven't received any update from the service center regarding our system. It is really disheartening to see such a callous attitude from a renowned company. Wouldn't recommend Sony to anyone as there after sales service is pathetic.
