It was a most discussed place in real estate market during 2009 -2010 but nowadays no one wants to invest here because of legal status of this property. Jaypee planned a great place for living but they were unable to make it success. Jaypee sports stadium which have F1 race course is located inside Jaypee Sports city. Planning was very good everything was planned inside the city but unfortunately nothing is completed. Currently no development is happening inside Jaypee Sports city and no one is purchasing property here.
