★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like someone commented, it's a mixed in the basket. Some good some bad. Beautiful façade however the quality of the clothing depends on the brands among Jaypore.
I have purchased quite many pieces of different brands. The cooperating brands have a better quality(also more expensive).
And the pieces from Jaypore itself are not worthing the price. I wouldn't be able to wear outside my house due to the low quality.
However in general, they have some really amazing item and delivery's on time. I am still satisfied and will return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are good but some of their vendor partners are bad merchants. Often times the "COD" option is not honored by the vendors . Then the vendors ( 60% occurrences ) delivered the products in 12-13 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks. Then there are other vendors who delivered the products in 3-4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the products are just not worth the money that we are paying for them. Other times, the vendors are unable to honor the delivery dates.
It's quite a mixed bag. They need to be more stringent about whose products they are curating . By and large, the priced are way off the mark

JAYPORE is a cheat- both for sellers and buyers. First, they charge 40% commission of sales from sellers. Which obviously goes from customer's pocket. Sellers will not sell it at a loss. Buyers you are better off dealing directly with the vendors. Note the company name under each product and contact the sellers directly. You will get it at 40% less.
Now for sellers, they do not give the payments at all that they receive from the customer. Not even 60% of the committed amount that was signed in the contract.
To us, Sohum Sutras, they have cheated too. The product was given to them on 14th February. Much before the lockdown.
Then they gave the excuse of lockdown. Then one or the other excuse and now their office staff has adopted an attitude of "do what you can do." We are today 22June- more than 4 months.
No wonder the company is in losses. It has been sold to Aditya Birla group but this group is another cheat group.
BEWARE of Jaypore. It is a group of cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their collection is beautiful although on the expensive side. However never really got to use their products despite ordering and paying cause their shipment never reached on time. The first time i order an earring. I was aware of the lead time for.jewellery still i ordered well in advance for a wedding. The earrings never reached me on time and finally reached a month later !! I had given up on following it up with them. I returned it. The second time around I got an email saying my order will be delivered within 3 business days. It's been more than a week and no update. Only upon calling their customer care i get an update saying we had some system update , blah blah. And this wasn't even communicated. Hence this is probably the last time am ever ordering with Jaypore.

I am deeply dissapointed with your service. I have placed an order in April and it still shows under processing....there has been no update/no communciation from your end.... M nt even sure if my order will ever get delivered.... Very sad!!!

Grand, Unseasonably Ridiculous and Unethical prices For Below Average Artificial Jewelry with Extremely Low And Substandard stones, jewels used in the name of Ethnic Handmade Hog wash. Atleast be honest to customers. To top that an extremely bad return policy. Please Beware from this fraudulent site, people.Never ordering from here and telling all my friends to do the same!!!
