★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them for a inquiry for JBL Change 2 as they are authorized dealers on JBL India website but they didn't seem to be bothered about what i was asking and in the middle of my inquiry they just hung up on me.
The experience was Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not entertain customers who have brought products from different JBL store/online and politely request you to go to some other service station even if your product is well within warranty.
Which makes this place virtually useless as most of the people buy products online owing to great discount.Go to this place only if you want test JBL and Harman Kardon products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is indeed a good place for customer service and people are very friendly here they do asuch thwy can do for you and provides a valuable service for the cistomers which the customers need very much. They satisfy the customers and tries their best for their satisfaction. It is a nice place at all and you can trust these people. This is all about this place but something not gud about this place is its idenification from road at normal traffic you need to take help of google maps in order to get to the place if you want to get the place without wasting time on the way this is very good place and you should visit it and their products are genuine and varified and serves you the service to you that you want from a service provider you can trust them by closing your eyes but should confirm first from a trusted person first their product are all genuine and value for the money. As a fact the name itself says the quality of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using JBL products from last15 years and never got any issue with previous products. But this time, JBL Flip 3 disappointed me. One of the Base membrane of the speaker got damaged while playing music.
and the most disheartening issue was that JBL service care denied replacing the product as well as denied repairing the product that was under the warranty.
