★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JD Electronics is located in Phase 1 market, this is well known place to buy all home electronics at very reasonable rate. The major items that offers more attraction are LED TV, AC, Washing Machine , Trimmers, Hair Dryer, water filters, RO, DVD Player, DTH and other consumer electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst electronics centre of Whirlpool. Anyone who is planning to buy a whirlpool refrigerator or any other product must never contact this shop. On the basis of SEM, they are able to portray themselves as one of the best electronic centres in Mohali. However, they are not. I have never faced any such problem from any other electronic centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude and bad service... delayed delivery of product and the owner of the shop not ready to listen to the grievance... the owner is helpful till you are swiping the card. Once you have paid he doesn't bother about the delivery of the product... difference in what he says in his shop and what actually follows...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with jd electronics and whirlpool as well, just for their stores sales they sell you anything. It being 48 hours and the demo has not been done. Didint even called me and asked whether demo has done or not. Poor after sales services. Have some sympathy for customers and should ask about the product and demo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought whirlpool refrigerator 292liter. one week past. Still no call for installation, demo. Seems like only money mind people. It was my first dealing with them and my impression is that --- Service are poor, No attention to customer quarry. Can improve a lot but lack of commitment ☹️.
