★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since last 3 years I am using his services. At a single call, their team turnup to pick up the vehicle. Whenever, they are going to start servicing, their team calls to ascertain estimate of cost. Whatever part they replace, they keep them in car sothat customer get an idea, what and why actual replacement carried out. Rates of repair are also moderate. Whole team accepts any suggestions given to them and they never ever argue with any of the customers and this is very rare sight. In last 3 years my dear friend Jatin has grown up his business such a way that he has positive breakdown in his workshop. Many a times his workshop is flooded with cars for regular and extensive servicing. And the real reason for such great business is they try to win trust of customers. Keep such wonderful work on n on... Wish to have many more workshops and big teams to cater future need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's my second time with JD MOTORS, but place and people are different.
well their waiting zone is good, which is air conditioned and it's a good thing, Cleanness is good in working zone as compare to other garages but in waiting zone there is dust, I think the carpet material is not good enough to walk without any shoes or something, but you have to leave your footwears.
Behaviour was Good enough, i was there with go mechanic ?, they treated good ?.
But the most important complaint I wanna do, that they firstly did not take my car in work, my question is if you don't have slots then why giving the options in GO MECHANIC APP, just clear the issue, customer is waiting for his car by good thinking that you are doing the job and when we call to know you are saying in the evening, "no still it's not we didn't had slots" seriously? That's the worst thing of this perticular garrage, I'm not gonna blame go mechanic or jd motors because first experience with JD motors was awesome ?.
Even go mechanic gifted a chocolate dairy milk pack? which is 149Rs worth.
