★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe their order confirmation or any commitment. I ordered shoes for my kids birthday and were to be delivered a three days before the birthday. They have also sent a confirmation mail stating that the order is confirmed. On the delivery date when i didn't receive the shoes they are are saying that your order has been cancelled. And no information for the same has been given to me yet. Its surprising to see such pathetic customer service and care.
