★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really hard to get a good coach with outstanding workout experience but I'm one of those luckiest women those r having an excellent trainer n coach and a very good friend too.... she's is a fabulous person and and my favourite too....Her dedication motivates me to give attention on my helath...SO DON'T WASTE UR TIME...JOIN IT...AND SHAPE UP UR BODY.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a very long hunt , I finally got JDA and met Deepika Ma'am , owner and fitness instructor. When I talked to her, It was an impressive interaction and her nature is very good.... She made me comfortable on the very first day of my aerobic class. She changes the pattern of exercise daily which makes my one hour a fun and energizes me along with calories burned.... It's an awesome place for aerobics n zumba... With love ❤
