★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I renewed my subscription. Few days back they support team is good, but dont know what happened to them. No one respond to my calls and complaints. And net is too worse, I can't get proper speed. I choose 50mbps plan, but it doesn't give even 512kbps speed also. If it still there, I will complaint at consumer court. Better to resolve I'm not so dumb.

I am calling daily 3 times to get the status
I called jeevan and David but they are completely clueless whats happening behind them
These people are actually spoiling name of srikakulam and jee communication together
I wish the corporates like hathway jio and airtel should take over soon their business then they will be happy to loose their customers and no need to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. I tried to reach them to lodge my complaint almost 50 to 60 times in a day. And no one reached me even when I left messages to them so better avoid them rather taking a connection.

I am stuck at home due to pandemic and got the internet connection from Jee communications, They made me pay for an year as they said they will not give me connection otherwise. I agreed and paid as I have no option left.It was all good for first month,after a month every day facing internet speed issue and No internet connection issue..
