★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeevan Jyoti Institute is established by the Congregation of “Missionary sisters of the Queen of the Apostles, Varanasi; on 9th June 1975. The Institute is administrated by the registered society called "Queen of the Apostle Education Society" under which it offers educational facilities from L.K.G to class XII for more than 110 visually impaired students; irrespective of class, caste, creed and religion in the special school. Among them 108 students are residing in the school hostel.
Since the year 1996 Community Based Rehabilitation (C.B.R) programme serves hundred of persons with disabilities in 3 block of Varanasi District.
From 1999 the Skills Training Centre trains and rehabilitates adult disabled persons through different skills training.
From the year 2000 Multi Sensory Impaired unit (Deaf/Blind)was giving Home Based Service for more than 52 kids and in Centre Based Programme there are 12 such children. Now it has changed into JJ Walkabout Rehab Centre.
In the year 2008, Under the department of Human Resource Development which is affiliated to Rehabilitation Council of India- New Delhi and recognized by Indira Gandhi National Open University- New Delhi (IGNOU –D’Ed, SE, VI)
Heeding to the need of the time we began an Inclusive Education Set-up for disabled and non-disabled girls from Kinder Garden to class XII.

If has been so proudious for me that I studied in such a heavenly school . The teachers of jjhss are very very supportive and cooperative also friendly enough.
The environment here is one of the first priority of this campus.
Also student gets a very good personality development from this esimated school....
