★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeevan Rakshk hospital is very expensive hospital, doctor are not supportive atall, no pesonal attention on patients, no one taking care of patients, medical facility ie very wrost, once medicine buy from store, it never retun get back if you have GST bill, overall very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I got a ankle fracture in a bike accident but nobody came to see me for next 45 min.
Hospital staffs were continuously telling me that Dr. Vivek gupta is in OT and coming in 15 min but see , after being there for more than 4 hours Dr Vivek didn't come. Dr. Vivek Gupta was not even there in the hospital. They are just fooling patients and nothing less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is the best I've visited in Pune by far. The staff are amazing, very professional and helpful at all levels. The hospital is very clean, hygienic and has almost all facilities that any patient would need.
However, the main factor that won me over was the excellent customer service at all levels to help anyone in the hospital. They are ready to go the extra mile which makes all the difference.
Hats off to a brilliant set of people!!!

Also all the staffs are very good...
