★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long pending review, I have been visiting Jeevan since I moved pune around 2013. Both Dr Vinod and Dr Preetha are excellent doctors, having tried a lot of alopathic treatments for sink disorder I finally consulted Dr Vinod and it really helped me a lot. I have also undergone treatment for aches and pains, the massage did wonders, Dr Preetha would personally look into every detail and instruct the staff as to how to go about the masssage at the effected areas, I have also taken my 80+ parents to their center, I was extremely happy with the kind of attention that was provided to them, keeping their age in mind the staff took very good care of them.The therapist are pleasent and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you want proper Kerala ayurvedic treatment and massage. Kudos to the entire Jeevana Team.

They had a trainee masseuse watching me while I was being given a massage. Upon complaining at the reception they told me that we do this often and no one has a problem with it. The staff there have no idea about what a massage is, it’s just a way to con people as the staff is totally unqualified. I had to leave the massage mid way because it was not even a proper massage and my privacy was compromised and the masseuse left the room and was running in and out which is how I found out a puzzled head staring at me as though it was a circus.
Fun fact is they have a board of their owner name outside and the staff told me that they don’t know who the owner is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic management. Horrible front desk staff, they just want your money. All the great reviews are because they give free massages to people who review! There are other way more professional ayurvedic spas around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice massages, nice ambience -- though could use a fresh coat of paint and some refurbishing here and there. The doctor couple who run the place are very attentive to customers' needs and feefback.
The girls I've had are generally good at massage. Occasionally they talk during sessions, but the doctor couple makes it clear that customers should stop them if they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok i am from south and wanted to try an authentic kerala style ayurvedic massage in Pune and this one is really good.
Couple of things to improve
1. Ask the masseuses not to talk in Malayalam because giggling and laughing during massage gives an impression that its about you. Talk in Hindi or local language
2. Front desk staff have no idea about ayurveda. They are more into take this massage and take that package and kinda forcing you into it which is not good.
3. Doctor is nice but she doesn't give any advices or anything even after completing the massage. Its like massage is done now leave please in a polite way. Some attention towards people will take this center a long way.
4. Rooms are dull, not expecting bright lights but some incense or some ventilation would be good.
