★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a huge number of people like me who haven't studied in a Gurukula this is the perfect place to fill that gap since apart from Asanas Arun Prakashji educates you about various aspects of life. Sir's videos on Facebook itself can help the common man to such a huge extent.
Unlike few places I have practiced previously, Pranayama is part of the daily practice here.
Since I shifted out of Kasturinagar, couldn't continue here further and I hope Sir starts a new branch near the place I have relocated to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for authentic or traditional yoga training from last couple of years and i am lucky to find Jeevana Yoga for my TTC.
I am really impressed with Acharya Arun Prakash's deep knowledge of yoga and philosophy. Also i like the way he passed on this knowledge to the students on individual level. I have always been encouraged by Acharya's calm assurance & find his teaching methods motivating.
The classes have always been enjoyable. I like the way the syllabus was prepared and presented. I felt like studying in our ancient Gurukula system. Group discussions were very interactive and benefited all the members in the group.
Practical classes are categorised very well. Each day there will be different sequences.
I am very thankful to Acharya Arun Prakash and Jeevana Yoga Team.
