★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the clinic on recommendation and Maybe the doctor is good but the clinic/hospital conditions are very bad and the staff is very unresponsive.
No corona guidelines are followed , no temperature checks at entry.
No appointment system and they are least bothered about the patient’s precious time. Even after waiting for 1.5hrs we were unable to meet the doctor. And after asking the recption staff sitting inside multiple times we were finally told the doctor is outside.
Lot of improvement regarding online or through phone for appointment should be followed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience! The staff is extremely rude and non apologetic about wasting people's time over Doctor's inavailability.
They do not have any facility to make a prior appointment neither online or through phone or even by booking a previous day. This is highly surprising considering the present times. You have to come and just keep waiting. Following the queue is also left only to the patients as there was nobody at the reception desk to even keep a track of the incoming patients.
No clear information/intimation is provided to the patients waiting even if the doctor is not in after 1hr the scheduled time.
