★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced doctors but the staff is inexperienced and rude. The receptionists here treat the patients very rudely. The waiting line is huge as it is always flooded with patients. Ward boys and nurses are very sweet and well behaved towards the patients. #hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not wait to post the rating for this hospital as they thoroughly deserve it. My father just got discharged today post the kidney stone surgery and i would say that the hospital exceeded expectations on all front. Earlier i was planning for surgery in either Mumbai or Gurgaon but due to covid, i had to decide on vapi which i am proud of now. Dr. ILESH SHAH is a class doctor and a very positive person which helps treatment to recover fast post surgery. Secondly, all the sisters are extremely good, polite and pro-active and do their duty with utmost care. Third, even the workers have been extremely fast if they are called for any work. Fourth, hospital has special attention to cleaniless which makes it the best rated hospital in Vapi. Really tremendous amount of discipline by this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I beleive that jeewandeep hospital is best ..but I think it's not ..
If they are not authorised for RTPCR report then why they write to go for test of RTPCR in their laboratory..
They charge 400/- but not give any report .Only give in hand writing that u r positive...
Without report where I show .hand written is not agreed by companies ,they want Report ,on a short paper u can't write from pen that u r positive.. nobody believes..
Then why hospital charge for 400/- when u r not authorised for giving the report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People at reception own the hospital. Zero empathy for any patient sitting in the lobby waiting for their turn.
100% rude. No sense of respect to anyone. Plus have their mouths sealed to any questions.
As expected, no punctuality, from the head staff.
Pros:
Overall neat & clean. Nurses attending to rooms are responsive, barring few.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m sorry to say but i think those who seat on reception seat is a main doctor of jeevendeep. U ask anything about your waiting number to meet they will reply u nothing and again ask they will start shouting on u. And really verry bad behaviour of reception staff. Once u admitted here then u cant change your bad i m suffered 16 days but staff didnt change my bad. One more the housekeeping staff is for only day time u will not finde any housekeeping persons at night. Its "Aatma nirbhar hospital".
Please to doctors leave patient fast as u can. I know this is hospital for patient and patient family. But for u this is "business".
