β β β β β My company has send my approvel in this office and i had sumbitted my passport and next bec of some problem in my home i asked them to cancelled by process. 10 days later i get to now that my visa has come and this office staff haven't inform me and for taking back my passport they charge 8K from me i said know i want to go they say we will not give you ticket and if you want to get back your passport you will have to pay 8K . This office boss is nothing aware of what is happening in his office bad staff bad people

β β β β β I had a good experience with this agency. I would specially like to mention Mr. Hemanth Talwar. He is very patient and delivers all the information correctly. He doesn't give any false hopes or doesn't get annoyed when we call repeatedly for doubts. He is really efficient and a pleasant person. On the other hand, I didn't have a good experience with the staff in Cochin office. They were rude and doesn't treat you like a professional. They keep giving you half informations and they are not ready to understand the practical difficulties faced by us.
