★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are inhuman and insane. They do not stop in morning to get freshen up. And their driver and conductor are so rigid that if u will ask them they will simply ignore. Also bus has mosquitoes. Facilities they claim to give during journey are also fake commitment,like wifi which doesn't work properly and their on seat lcd which is also not working.
Washroom is only for male that too urinal only. Not to spacious also.
If you can delay yourself for daily freshen up routine for 4-5 hours, then go else you can risk your life in this bus service.
Overall not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheated bus , driver and conductor are not punctual according to time . Dropping point are too away from Delhi .
It's is requested to all the customer pls never ever book this bus .this is not my view but also the view of our team group which has large experience about bus travelling from Jammu to Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for these fake reviews. This is worst bus journey of my life. Phone chargers are not working, gate is not opening, no washroom ( they made it storeroom). The bus journey was supposed to 7:30 Pm to 8:00 am. And it's 2 PM and I'm still in the bus. They all are fake, please save your money
