★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a family tour to Dubai and Abu Dhabi through Jetangels last month, the experience was wonderful. This was our second trip booked through Mr. Bipin Mishra and the amount spent was worth it. In our five-day tour, almost all the tourist spots were covered, including Burj Khalifa, city tour, desert safari, Ferrari World and Dhow cruise. The food was also good.The persons involved in executing the package were all very helpful and supportive. Good Luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bipin mishra is a fraud person working in this company. He took token money of Rs 30 thousand from us and refused to return it back. Beware ! Its been a year, still i am waiting for the refund. Finally he refused to pay our money to us.

It consisted of day after day of new and exciting experiences. We especially want you to know what a great job our tour guide, Yure did on this tour. She worked very hard to make sure everyone on the tour got the most they possibly could from it. She epitomizes the warmth and gentleness of this country. We have traveled with Friendly Planet before and plan to do so in the future...

I traveled to Singapore and Malaysia with my mother on Nov 27th 2019. 2 ladies travelling would be a risky thing but Bipin and Pawan covered the entire part. I had the best time. Dot to Dot everything was covered. I have decided to have all my bookings with them for my lifetime.

Ground Team is also very good and flexible with travelers, i have planned trip to Dubai for my parents and they have arranged very well and done all things on time. i recomend to all who want to plan their trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, I booked a trip with jet angel to Singapore and Malaysia for my parents. they rushed me to make payment saying flight tickets are getting filled, but as soon as I made booking, no contact from them and I had to push them to make flight booking, which is not the flight they promised, but with a ridiculous time for an aged people to travel and for applying visa again when I asked about it, only then they initiated the process at the neck of the moment, for which I had to run leaving my office. While making the bookings the itinerary they promised was including a CITY Tour in Singapore, but they did not make the arrangements for it, after I fought they made the arrangements. They promised in itinerary for gardens by the bay, which they did not fulfil left it out.
And in Malaysia whole booking they said they will make booking the Hilton and informed local agent to drop them in Hilton hotel, but at the last moment they changed the hotel booking to some other hotel and made my parents to wait in Hilton lobby.
Completely unprofessional, doesn’t fit to be in travel industry.
I don’t why Travel triangle keep this kind of agency with them.

Bipin he is so unprofessional and trying to misguide the customer, i booked a package through bipin but he is so irresponsible personality, not stick to his words, he didn't provide any mail about the package, he will not pick up the call on time, tried to steal the money from customer, he never share the details with us, and we trusted him bcoz we wnt to him through one of my close friend who is a colleague of mr. Bipin but she is also so upset with his behaviour.
BIPIN u r not doing a great thing boss this business will not run like this if you will fool ur customers, 1 out of 5 stars pathetic services.
