★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic courier service in Bihar. The delivery person are rude over call. Refuses to deliver at door, will call you repeatedly in very threatening manner.
They do not have any feedback system. It's just run by couple of under trained people who have your personal mobile number, be ready to get your number leaked in public and abused. Security threat especially for female member for family.
