★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in the middle of Sadar Bazar. This is an old building. There is a Dharamshala running here where you can stay or keep your luggage in a locker. If you ask my opinion, I will advise you not to stay here if you spend a little more.
- no drinking water
- very dirty toilets
- no bucket and mugs in bathroom
- opening time 5:30 am closing time is 10:00 pm, if you fail to return before the time then you have to stay outside.
- security money is RS. 500.00
- Rs. 160/ person not per room
- no pillow provided
- no bedsheets provided
- you have to submit 1 passport size photo and photo copy of your I'd card at counter.
- staffs are very rude.
- no refund on cancellation
Finally I would like to suggest you if you are able to spend ₹400 to ₹700 per day then you can get better option.

Closing time- 10:00 PM
1) One day charge 180 per person/single room . Length of the room 5.5 length 3.5 breadth
2) any no. Of person cost 180 per person .room lenght 10×10
3) no food , you have to buy it from near stores
4) nearest metro station - TIS HAZARI METRO STATION
5) Documents require- 1 photo, 1 adhar card photo (only adhar card no other proof will entertain), covid vaccination certificate ( whichever certificate you have first dose or second dose)
6) no attached bathroom
7) common washroom area for every floor
8) sometimes network issue ..
9) you have to pay additional 500 rupees for security deposit which you will get when you leave the place
10) noone can stay more than 5 days ( policy of dharmshala)

Cheapest price. Business men like too much to stay here. Very safe place. Neat and clean . Toilets are in bad condition.
