★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING service and BEAUTIFUL clothes! We worked primarily with Sonubhai to pick out outfits for my brother-in-law’s wedding virtually since we couldn’t make it out due the pandemic. Initially, I was very hesitant as to how this would turn out - what if the dresses didn’t fit properly, what if they didn’t look the same, etc. Sonubhai was very patient with us, started picking up on our taste and made the whole process easy. The team worked with us to help provide the measurements, and even reached out when they thought anything was amiss. Prices were reasonable as well, and never did we feel like we were being duped (common when working with NRIs). The clothes turned out even prettier than I could have imagined upon receipt. Will definitely be shopping with them in the future!!

They are Charging like the sky but not even worth of a penny.
Delivered damage product and then not even a single reply and then lastly after 5th month they behaved too rudely and denied to solve our problem.
It seems like our 12590/- went in wain!
I didn’t even want to give them a single start but unfortunately Google!!!
Hello, owner if your are reading this msg then shut your shop down as your intensions are only money oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very nice collection we purchased so many outfits but when I received them after alterations, worst alteration has been done.
Now the dresses are not in condition to do any alteration. Wastage of money and time.
When i go for shopping they were becoming very nice to me very polite but I went on delivery day they didn't even open my dress to show me how it is and continuously try me to go away.this change in service and behavior I didn't expect.
Worst service.
I recommend you people to please don't give your outfit for alteration here on risk basis because they will suddenly change their behavior when you complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeetu was a great salesman and Sachin was very helpful as well and understanding. However, they had my reception blouse for over 10 days and still didn't properly fix it to my size. The guy in the front, Prakash, was so rude when we told him that my blouse doesn't fit after coming in 6 different times for a trial! Prakash had the nerve to say, these things happen we can't make everything a perfect fit. The tailor also said he would make me a belt for my outfit, which came out very cheap. Prakash had the nerve to yell at the salesman not the tailor (who was the one who did a horrible job 6 times for one single outfit). If you buy anything from here, DO NOT GET IT FIXED at the store, the tailors they have are horrible. I also got the wrong color dupatta for my dupatta when I was told it was going to be pure white. Also, my sister's blouse was supposed to have the sleeves removed and the tailor still left the sleeves on (even though the note to their tailor said to take the sleeves off).

12000/- it was damaged (faded all over) so went
back to the store and asked for an exchange they
said they will solve the issue…. kept it for more than a month and returned it dyeing in some different color and from then I've constantly been asking for them to look into this or I'd like to exchange it now it's been 5 6 moths doing this....everytime they used to postpone and now they are not ready to hear from us
instead misbehaving…. Pathetic experience…
would suggest never visit this store.

All items were shipped to US with no issues. Highly recommend as the quality of clothes is wonderful and the customer service is even better. Ask for Sonu!
