चिल्लाकर बोलते है, जैसे सामने वालों पर एहसान कर रहे हो।
ऐसा व्यवहार पहले किसी सरकारी विभाग में नही देखा अब तक।
Steep behavior was observed by the employees.
Speaks by shouting, as if you are doing favor to the people in front.
Never seen such behavior in any government department before.
