★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the 3rd stop from Barddhaman to Rampurhat line. Very calm place. Only one tea stall at platform no 3-4. And one tea stall outside the ticket counter. No place for lodging and food. Road communication not so good. Two kachcha road available to go from here to nearby villages. Around the station there is agricultural field.
Train available to go to Bolpur Santiniketan (UP line) and to BURDWAN (Down line).
