★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and strong construction by BDA which is a rarity these days. If maintenance is done well, it's a beautiful green spacious complex to live in. The area is prime location and has high accessibility from all amenities like new market, railway stations, doctors, etc. It's also located next to Jharneshwar temple, a beautiful temple where Shankaracharya ji pays frequent visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a housing board built old residential colony. Covered campus with 24 hrs security guard. Bachelor tanants are generally not welcome here. Good neighbourhood to have your home here.

Specifically saying. Society with 2BHK Flats. Good for a New Couple and Retired Old Couple who can walk and move on stairs. Because society's building not have Lifts and more over there is shortage of water. Electricity function good here. Security and Cleanliness are good things.. People are confined to themselves.
