I love to see sun rise from the roof, which is 5th floor, I suggest everyone, who is going to shift Jaipur, they can get a flat here on very reasonable rent. Market is in walking distance from jhelam apartments. If you like green vegetables you can get fresh vegetables near from the vegetable market. Shopkeepers are humble and they will give you HARA DHANIYA free on cost. I have seen many liquor shops near me and I also got a good news that Rajasthan Government is going to reduce liquor cost in Rajasthan very soon. If I talk about meat shop, you can buy fresh fish, mutton and chicken as well. If you like morning walk, cycling or jogging, you will love this place roads are in good condition, no traffic, no rush.
