★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this website while browsing net. I am from Bangalore and was very much worried to order Chandelier to some unknown shop in Bhopal, worried for transport also. However they are fully professional. They have huge varieties at different price range, had quick whatsapp chat, fixed the price after discount and transfer amount over Gpay. After 1 day tracking id was shared, and within 2 days Chandelier was fitted in my hall. packaging was superb, never seen such packaging, it was completely safe. There was some missing Crystal lines, however they have provided additional crystal and bulbs. Electrician took almost 2 hours to complete the work. Now my hall looks great. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience in ordering a Chandelier with Jhoomarwala. The CS Rep Sivamji was outstanding in helping me customize my order. The packaging and delivery tracking was just perfect. Not a single piece like even a small nut was missing or anything like that. After assembling felt like a couple of arms were tilting out a little bit more, and guess what, Sivamji went out of the way in manufacturing and getting the new arms delivered to me. That was really amazing. I would rate this whole experience nothing less than 5 stars, A+++++ all the way. Excellent communication and a trusted Seller I would highly recommend.

Gives all support during assembly and installation. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and planning to buy another one for another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner acts like he’s doing me a favor after providing a fan with a faulty driver… blaming voltage fluctuations ( we do have a circuit breaker at home in cases of high voltage )
This happened twice (first time I procured driver locally due to no response) and has a casual approach to service requests. Please do not get scammed as I am now discarding this item basis their poor service and item
