β β β β β We are dealing with Jibandeep Oxygen Services for more than 6 years now. The gentleman who runs the business has been super helpful and accommodating. His shop remains closed on Wednesdays and despite that, when we have needed emergency cylinders he has opened his shop or given us a cylinder from his godown next to the shop. They also keep nasal cannulas and masks along with medicines so in case your regular shop does not have it, or if you want a one stop solution, you can check them out . Always carry the file they make so that they can keep a record. Usually after the initial downpayment , they ask for a 2-3 month advance on rent. Then for each regular standard size cylinder they charge 400 per refill and 450 for large cylinder refill.

β β β β β The person who took the call spoke too much without any need and wasted much of my time. I had an emergency and just wanted to know if they offer refilling service but the person started to give huge lectures about rules & regulations of using a cyllinder and how the oxygen selling business is a game of frauds out of nowhere!! He talks meaningless things about patient's death, etc and compels to purchase masks, etc from him. This is so shocking! Further, He has no clue about guarantees on a newly purchased cyllinder. Most likely I didn't buy it from him thus such exhibition of frustrations. During emergency we don't need illogical lectures but just an answer when it comes to a direct question. If one is incapable in providing the service then please express it straight away rather than talking gibberish and wasting our time. This review is just for those patients who needs a better service and faster help. Please respect our time during emergencies. Absolutely disgusted.
