★ ★ ★ ★ ★ स्वराज्य कल्पित्या, नियोजित्या व निर्मात्या राजमाता जिजाऊ यांच्या जन्मस्थळी भेट देऊन कृतकृत्य झालो. त्यांच्या बालपणी बद्दलच्या वाचलेल्या ऐकलेल्या गोष्टी डोळ्यासमोर तरळू लागल्या आणि अगदी भारावून गेलो. परंतु एवढा मोठा ऐतिहासिक वारसा आणि त्याची झालेली वाताहत पाहून मनस्वि रागही आला आणि खजील ही झालो की आपणच आपल्या वंशजांचे पुरातन ऐतिहासिक वास्तूंचा सांभाळ केला नाही अथवा करू शकत नाही आहोत.
We were honored to visit the birthplace of Swarajya Kalpitya, the planner and creator Rajmata Jijau. What I read and heard about his childhood began to flow before my eyes and I was overwhelmed. But seeing such a huge historical heritage and its aftermath, Manasvi got angry and embarrassed that we are not the only ones who have not been able to take care of the ancient historical monuments of our descendants.
