Worst organization ever worked in. The management esp AM's and TL's ruining the name of Jindal. They only keep their pockets up and doubles the stress of the team members. They dont understand any human factor. Their job is to see only who is login and who is not logged in and if we ask any query they dont have answer. Trainers and so called quality team only check whether you start chat message with capital alphabet or lower case alphabet and they font even know how to pronounce any word or how to make an english sentence. They are in organization because of FAVOURITISM factor. If you are not your TL or AM favourite then you have to login even if you are sick or in any emergency and if you are in favourite list then your less login hours also doesn't matter. *** Dear Jindal top leaders please look into the gurgaon process and keep eyes on AM, TL , trainers and quality team for the image of your brand.

The earlier review was based on the request of HR they ask every employee in the training to review them, but the main part comes when you join the operations, zomato process is not an employee friendly process at all. In 10.5 hours shift, employee starts with early login with breaks on hold after approval, and 10 minutes of shift extension just before log out. Hope they extend there team, Growth is there in the organisation and promotions also.

The managers and TL's are all friendly and supportive and management is also proactive in listening to the problems of the employees. Work pressure is not too much and the work environment is pretty much fun and relaxing.

Over all experience was good. They motivate and supportive to all very helping. Now the salary package bit low. But work atmosphere was nice. HR and the management are very helpful. All needed facilities are available here

The managers and TL's are all friendly and supportive and management is also proactive in listening to the problems of the employees.
