★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service !! Not cooperating with customers , specially a guy was very unimpressive. I went there for purchasing phone and it took my 2.5 hrs to get my new phone. He is very untolerative and gave such a bad experience and after the deal finalised , he reached his ego at another level such that I was buying the item for free !
He should be expelled out of his ego , dirty behaviour !!
He should be first sent to school to learn ethics and then continue his job if possible , which I don't believe !

Customer care also at its worst
Only hear press2 , press 3. Like lines
If any one want to talk with customer care due to not solution given by press keys
He or she will have to hear jio talks like if this problem press 1 and so on
And waste many minutes there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Had to come 3 times for simple postpaid to prepaid conversion. Everytime they said that employee is not available. The third time I reached at 11 am and even then they said that the store will start functioning at 11:30 am and that it's my problem that I'm not on time. Pathetic attitude of the staff/ owner in charge.
