★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Jio fiber connection and had shifted to Jio from BSNL hoping that I will get better services. However, I found that customer care is none better than BSNL. On the contrary on certain counts BSNL is better. Firstly BSNL has an automated complaint booking which works 365x24x7. Here at Jio you need to talk to operator to book your complaint which is not an easy task specially late night and early mornings. Once your complaint is booked, Jio closes it within 24 hours whether problem has been resolved or not. This used to happen in BSNL too but when this matter was brought to notice of call center i used to get calls from 2-3 authorities to confirm whether issue has been resolved or not. However, in case of Jio no one bothers. I complained 4 times and each time my complaint got closed without resolving the problem or without anyone calling me. The reasons reported for closure are all false. The last sms said that if not satisfied with the service I can approach Appellate. However no. contact no. or email id for Appeal is given. Even the operator at Jio Assistance is unaware about any Appellate authority. My experience suggests that I am getting poor service than that too at higher price. Now I will try ACT or Airtel or Tatasky fiber.
